The careful handling of confidential, nonpublic information is an essential duty for every organization and employee. Yet, many employees may not understand what data is considered to be “inside information” and the proper ways to work with and safeguard it. Also, how inside information may be communicated in respect to securities trading can challenge employees and those that learn of this information. This module provides an important introduction to these challenging issues.
