It details warning signs for four common types and positive and safe bystander intervention and de-escalation techniques. It describes the components of a workplace violence prevention plan.
For Licensing Organization: This course supports compliance with California Senate Bill 553 and section 6401.9 regarding training on workplace violence. Additional training may be needed to supplement this training to address requirements regarding workplace-specific risks and controls to prevent and mitigate violence.
